We were born in theyear 2019 with the purpose of giving our raw material another use, since we have more than 9,000,000 pounds of fresh mango from the region processed per year, between the months of May to September.
Santiago Deshidratados is a company that generates employment and source of income for hundreds of Sinaloan families.
Located in south of Sinaloa, we are dedicated to dehydrating different varieties of mango: ATAULFO, KENT AND KEITT.

OUR PROCESS

In this area, some important procedures for the process are carried out: disinfect and classify the fruit with respect to its degree of maturation.

We have ripening chambers that allow control and homogenize the ripening of the fruit, to ensure a product with the characteristics of taste, smell and texture that comply with the highest quality standards from the market.

In the peeling and cutting area it works with modern infrastructure, designed for
optimize work times and improve product quality.

Currently working with
6 industrial ovens by firestraight, made of 100% stainless steel, constantly monitored by trained staff, who day after day put their greatest effort and dedication into giving the exact baking point to highlight the natural sweetness of this delicious and exotic fruit.

We care about security, as a primary part of the process, we carry out various analyzes inside our laboratory, which has the necessary equipment and personnel with extensive experience and training.

We have very large spaces for separation, inspection and packaging of the product, as well as as a cold room suitable of storage for more than 200 thousand pounds of finished product to an ideal temperature for your correct conservation.

After all product is sorted and inspected it is monitored by a metal detector, this in order to ensure that, In addition to an excellent flavor, it also be a safe product.
